Hans Seijlhouwer: Een Archival Hero

A tribute to Hans Seijlhouwer, contributed to a volume marking his decades of service (1978–2020) at the Historisch Documentatiecentrum voor het Nederlands Protestantisme at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. The essay celebrates Seijlhouwer as an ‘archival hero’ whose behind-the-scenes labor sustained the documentation center and supported international scholarship on Dutch Protestantism and neo-Calvinism.
